Project Description
The Poplar Woods residential development is located on Highway 42 in Goshen, Kentucky, and is part of the original Belknap property, the Land O’Goshen Farm, which has been in the Belknap family since 1917. This spectacular 203-acre development is only the third conservation development in the history of Oldham County. The gently rolling hills and wooded terrain feature 93 estate-sized lots and over 108 acres of permanent natural preserves. Every home backs up to a dense forest of mature trees, a winding creek or a scenic lake. The Poplar Woods home pictured above was the winner of the 2009 Home-A-Rama favorite home award.
Unique Requirements/Solutions
Since these are some of the most spectacular lots Canfield Development has ever offered, they required a very high level of finish and only the highest quality in building materials. Provident Homes was looking for a wood window with aluminum cladding and simulated divided lites.
Comments from Project Associates
Jeremy McGraw of Provident Homes states, “Windsor provides a quality product at a fair price. I am very pleased with the partnership we have developed.”
