Project Description

Seacoast Commons is a multi-use commercial and luxury rental apartment building located on Main Street in the coastal community of Belmar, New Jersey. These luxury apartments have high-end finishes that include wood windows, crown moldings, 10' ceilings, hardwood floors, granite countertops and stainless-steel appliances. Seacoast Commons is located within walking distance of pristine beaches, marinas, shopping, dining, entertainment and mass transit.

Unique Requirements/Solutions

The developers were searching for a window that would provide continuity with the exterior of the commercial storefronts, but had the warmth and beauty of a wood interior. The Windsor Pinnacle wood clad product was their perfect solution. Factory-painted interiors and grilles-between-the-glass were top priorities for the builder. The factory-painted interiors saved them time and the additional cost of field finishing. Grilles-between-the-glass created the traditional appearance everyone was striving for, with the convenience of not having to clean individual panes.
