On February 18th Windsor hosted our One Blood blood drive. This is the first blood drive we have been able to schedule in the last 3 years due to COVID-19. This year we had 55 participants with 42 successful collections, many of those being double red cell collections, and 13 deferments due to low iron, high blood pressure, etc. Each successful donor received an email within a week of donating letting them know how many lives their blood saved. Windsor is hoping to make this a bi-annual event as it is a wonderful way to give back to the community!
