In September, Mike Keller, one of the co-owners of Michigan Window & Door, presented their first-ever Vendor Excellence Award to Windsor Windows & Doors. Mike said their company wanted a way to recognize their business partners that continued to support them despite the difficult times our industry is facing. He said even during tough times, when there are many challenges, it is reassuring to know that Windsor is still fighting right along beside them.
Keller said that Windsor really does stand out among their vendors. He stated that they appreciate everyone at Windsor who works hard every day to provide quality products and service they’ve come to rely upon. It was decided that only one Vendor Excellence Award would be given out each year and this year, Windsor’s level of service resulted in being selected as this year's recipient.
Mike specifically complimented Windsor Regional Sales Manager Mike Rollier, describing him as as their “face of Windsor." Mike routinely interacts with area builders and architects on behalf of Michigan Window & Door, hosting meetings and events and conducting training sessions and product presentations. He stated that Mike Rollier’s level of service and support was the inspiration for this award!
