Project Description
This unique and charming cottage-style home backs up to a premier private golf club in a suburb of Detroit, MI. The large 5,500-square-foot home consists of a mixture of materials including stone, horizontal siding, metal roofs and aluminum clad windows with simulated divided lites. The interior features a vaulted great room with a fireplace focal point bookended by two Pinnacle Clad 90-degree corner windows. The large expansive windows throughout the home provide stunning views of the golf course and invite the outside into the home.
Unique Requirements and Solutions
This project required large mulled configurations, oval windows and 90-degree corner windows to accomplish the look the architect was striving to achieve. These windows combined with large sliding patio doors made for a picturesque home with stunning views.
