Those Who Make A Difference

Difference Makers

A few years ago, Windsor implemented an internal motivational program designed to inspire and empower our employees. We determined four primary characteristics that make our employees successful and that elevate our company as a whole. These qualities are self-motivation, consistency, dedication and engagement. We designate employees who demonstrate these traits as “Difference Makers.” Each month in each of our three production facilities, the managers select an employee as a “Difference Maker.” In a new series that we are introducing in this issue of the Windsor World newsletter, we are proud to recognize these special employees who exemplify the strong work ethic and personal integrity that make Windsor successful.
