2020 has been a crazy and unusual year with COVID-19, an economic shutdown and a hotly contested election. Despite all of this, Windsor was busy developing new products. Here is a snapshot of the 2020 product launches.
Next Dimension Pro Offset Sliding Window — In February, we added six offset handing options to Next Dimension Pro sliding windows.
Pinnacle Select Patio Doors — Pinnacle Select patio doors introduced two thermally broken aluminum door platforms with the aluminum/aluminum and aluminum/wood options. Within the two options are multi-slide, bi-fold, inswing and outswing doors with narrow contemporary panels in heights up to 12-0 tall as well as SDL capabilities. Pinnacle Select patio doors launched in March and have been extremely popular.
Interior Wood Trim and Accessories — With 11 trim and 14 accessory profiles this program offers the ability to supply trims in lineal or kitted, with interior factory finish options to match your windows and doors.
Ogee Lugs — In July ogee lugs were offered providing a traditional look that can be used in historic applications. Lugs are aluminum and are powder painted to provide an exact match to the window unit.
Pinnacle Impact Operating Double Hung — Windsor expanded its impact product offering with the launch of the Pinnacle clad impact operating double-hung which includes an HVHZ option. The impact operating double hung was launched in July, and is available in sizes up to and including 3640.
Next Dimension Quad Sliding Patio Door — Windsor added a vinyl quad sliding patio door to the Next Dimension offering in September. Utilizing the same frame and panel profiles as standard two-panel vinyl patio doors, the quad slider is available in sizes up to 12-0 x 8-0.
Prefinished Interiors — 2020 saw two separate releases of new additions to the prefinished interior product offering. In July, we added two new finishes: black primed and painted gray. In December, we added nine new finishes with a clear coat and eight new stain options.
