Windsor’s West Des Moines, Iowa location recently started holding a Boot Camp Training Program for future leaders in our manufacturing environments. The Boot Camp Training process was developed to groom employees for advancement who have demonstrate ambition and leadership qualities. We take great pride in hiring from within our company and we recognize the importance of keeping our internal bench strong. The participants in this program will be eligible for such positions as department managers, line leads, area coordinators, parts distribution coordinators and managers in training. We’ve hired professional trainers to conduct the education modules for this program. The topics covered include:

Module #5 — Communicating to Connect
Module #6 — Preparing to Manage and Lead
