Nestled in the shadow of Phoenix’s Camelback Mountain, this enclave of 40 properties being built by Cullum Homes features wide open living spaces and breathtaking views of one of Arizona’s most iconic natural landmarks. The homes were designed by renowned architectural firm Candelaria Design Associates. The use of the Pinnacle window configurations accentuates the contemporary design of the homes.
The homes feature 10’ tall multi-slide doors that pocket into the walls, allowing for access to the patios for entertaining. The homes feature either an inline multi-slide door or a 90-degree corner multi-slide door, depending on the design. Some of the plans also feature a bi-fold door in the kitchen area that open up directly to the exterior cooking station.
The homes feature corner windows to help bring in the light and minimize the obstruction of the surrounding views. Windows drop all the way to the floor in the main areas of most of the homes, framing the beautiful sunsets and the Arizona sky.
