We’d like to thank the Academy! Actually, we want to thank the very talented members of our IT Department! The PowerTools quoting software system that they have developed to manage our client database information has won two awards.
At the 2nd Annual Paradigm Users Conference in Madison, Wisconsin, Windsor was recognized and presented with awards for “Best in Class” and for “Most Improved.” In addition, Windsor received the award for the Highest Achievement among Large Manufacturers.
A survey was sent from our database to dealers and in the 147 responses we received, it was noted that Windsor’s PowerTools quoting tool was recognized as a highly functioning system, and it was noted that it was the most improved from the previous year. The IT staff has made it their mission to provide our customers with the best, most user-friendly ordering experience.
