With the end of 2012 upon us, comes the hope of new beginnings in 2013.
In 2012 it appeared we hit the bottom nationally and are now experiencing a very conservative increase in home building across all regions. Although not at growth rates of 2006, it appears to be growth nonetheless.
The future certainly looks brighter in 2013 and beyond for the home building industry. All indicators are projecting a 10 -15% growth trend next year. This news brings a sense of relief, yet at Windsor we will stay committed to becoming a better business partner to serve your needs.
In 2013, we are focused on customer initiatives and performance metrics that will drive your success. Our goal as your vendor is to “delight” you with our level of support and performance. In trying to meet that expectation, it’s important to note that it’s a journey, not a destination.
As we start on this journey of a new year, I am reminded of all of our business partners that have endured difficult times and made tough business decisions - over the last several years - yet have weathered the storms of uncertainty.
