Jose Marin Franco of the shipping department at Windsor’s West Des Moines plant was the recipient of the first employee home makeover of 2020. Jose and several extended family members live together in a home located in the East Side of Des Moines, which was in need of several updates and repairs.
Windsor volunteers teamed up to make the necessary upgrades to several areas of the home. These upgrades included painting the entire kitchen, back entrance and laundry area as well as completely transforming the look of the kitchen by replacing the cabinets, sink, appliances and backsplash. Volunteers also fixed the back door and a stair railing in need of repair.
The repairs and updates were a significant project and Windsor team members were proud to help add more functionality and tremendous value back into to Jose’s home. Congratulations, Jose!
