Bella Casa, or Beautiful Home, is a Mediterranean-style development nestled into the creekside terrain in the scenic midwestern city of Lafayette, Indiana. The natural materials and horizontal design provide a natural setting of serene tranquility.

Unique Requirements/Solutions

Pat Richard, with the Spire Group, was looking for a high-quality product that would be suitable for this luxury residential development. They needed features such as bronze clad exteriors, natural alder interiors and oil rubbed hardware that complemented the rustic décor. In addition, they needed quad-paneled sliding patio doors in natural alder. Windsor was able to meet all of these needs and provide substantial savings compared to their competition.
