Unique Requirements/Solutions

The front entry is a custom-built 9’ tall Pinnacle Clad French door and Pinnacle clad picture casement windows grace every room of the home. The dining area and entertainment room open up to the outdoor living space through Pinnacle clad sliding patio doors. The central feature of this home is an indoor/outdoor fireplace on the exterior living room wall. The builder surrounded the fireplace with glass and repeated the arched design element used at the front entry. The architect utilized large windows and doors throughout the home to bring natural lighting into the living space.
