Seacoast Commons is a mixed-use commercial and luxury rental apartment building located on Main Street in the coastal community of Belmar, NJ. The project is located within walking distance of pristine beaches, marinas, shopping, dining, entertainment, and mass transit. Because of the clientele, high-end finishes such as wood windows, crown moldings, 10-foot ceilings, hardwood floors, granite countertops, and stainless steel appliances were specified.
The developers were searching for a window that would provide continuity with the exterior of the commercial storefronts and the warmth of a wood interior in the residential units. Windsor’s Pinnacle clad window with the extruded aluminum exterior and wooded interior was the perfect solution.
