The most recent recipient of Windsor’s Employee Home Make Over was awarded to longtime employee, Bernarda Flores Caison. Bernarda works as a grille installer for Windsor and has proven to be a hardworking and dedicated employee for over 16 years.
Over the past several years, Bernarda and her family have been struggling with several maintenance issues including a leaky shower drain, water damage on the ceiling and several other problem areas that needed addressing in their home.
The Windsor Employee Home Makeover team replaced the leaking shower drain, repaired the water damage on the ceiling, resolved some electrical concerns with two ceiling lights, replaced smoke detectors, repaired a storm door, replaced glass in two windows and completed several other household repairs.
Bernarda was selected for this makeover project for her longtime dedication to Windsor as well as her demonstration of strong worth ethic, great attention to detail and friendly, cheerful demeanor. Windsor’s Employee Home Makeover team was happy to jump in and resolve these issues so that Bernarda and her family could enjoy their home and relax on their evenings and weekends.
