David Rhoten

Dave Rhoten has been named as Windsor’s new Director of Sales. Dave has spent the past 23 years of his career serving as Windsor’s Eastern Division Sales Manager, so he is well-prepared for his new responsibilities. He has an impressive track record of sales growth and success. Being responsible for our largest sales division, he knows many of our customers, and will serve as an ambassador of Windsor’s culture based on servant leadership.

Dave is widely respected in our company, among our customers, and by many others within the industry. As the Director of Sales, Dave will be responsible for all revenue generating activities, national account programs, customer relations, and customer support departments. He will be a valued member of Windsor’s Leadership Team and will promote our mission to be the window company that is “easy to do business with.”

Dave grew up in Maryland, but he also lived in Arizona and Georgia before settling in North Carolina 23 years ago. He has been married to his wife, Carolyn, for 35 years. Together, they have two adult children, a daughter, Rachel, who is 32, and a son, Sam, who is 29. They are proud grandparents to a grandson, Henry, who is 18 months old. Dave enjoys golfing, hiking and traveling. Due to his Maryland roots, Dave is a die-hard Baltimore Orioles fan.

Dave obtained his Bachelor of Science degree in Business and Economics from Shepherd University in Shepherdstown, West Virginia. He also obtained his master’s degree in business administration from Loyola University in Baltimore, Maryland. Dave has worked in the building materials industry for the past 37 years serving in various roles including sales, sales management, national accounts and operations management. He brings an exceptional background in sales leadership, problem resolution, product knowledge, sales planning and execution.
