The interior features a vaulted great room with a fireplace focal point bookended by two Pinnacle Clad 90-degree corner windows.  The large expansive windows throughout the home provide stunning views of the golf course and invite the outside into the home.

Modern French Provincial Residence

Project Description

This exquisite, custom-built French Provincial home is set on a large corner lot in Kleinburg, Ontario. The modernized architectural design was done by Georgio Lolos Designs, while the interior design was implemented by ABella Design Inc. in conjunction with Fine Line Contracting. This entire team, along with the homeowner, collaborated to assemble this showcase dwelling.

This architect and designer driven, fully custom home backs up to a premier private golf club in a suburb of Detroit, MI. The tear-down of an old house provided a blank slate to build an enormous and beautifully-crafted custom home. The exterior consists of a mixture of materials including stone, stucco and  aluminum clad windows with simulated divided lites. The interior features a vast 2-story foyer and an enormous staircase located in front of a large 9-piece window positioned at the front of the home.
