The Perch is a 660 sq. ft. home addition floating above an existing bungalow located in Austin, TX. This unique new space rests atop 4 steel columns that are anchored in the bungalow’s walls for lateral support. The color palette is contemporary, yet earthy. Windsor's Pinnacle casement, awning and direct set windows were selected in the burnt pumpkin exterior finish to complement the other building materials. The windows and sliding door were carefully placed to provide a generous amount of ambient light.

Located in a desirable community not far from Charleston, this brick ranch offered the perfect location but required lots of work to modernize and enhance its curb appeal. Krystine and her crew began by enlarging the windows to welcome an abundance of natural light into the space and expanded the living area with bi-fold doors leading to the outdoor patio. They also used a coastal white, gray, and black color pallet to update this colonial cottage and give it a contemporary flair.

This inspirational mountain home was built as a personal oasis for home improvement television personality, Chip Wade and his family. The property has stunning views overlooking a 60,000 acres national forest. The contemporary layout provides maximum flow and flexibility in the living areas allowing the space to comfortably sleep up to 18 people. It features an open courtyard and a unique container pool that is built into a terraced area of the yard.

This modern home is nestled along the shores of the Chattahoochee River in Vinings, a suburb of Atlanta, GA. This home was a collaboration with Windsor Windows & Doors along with our dealer, Liteworks Window & Door, and their customer, Principle Builders Group.

This house boasts 178 windows and 10 doors, creating incredible views and an abundance of natural light. These expansive direct set windows enhance the unique stylistic appeal of this home, making it a stunning architectural vision from dawn to dusk.

Located in Phoenix, AZ, this unique home is a stunning mix of old-world charm with a contemporary flare, which is exactly what builder Sticks & Bricks Development was looking to accomplish. When entering this residence through a large steel pivot entry door, you are immediately welcomed into a home that grabs your attention with a combination of modern and traditional finishes. The home showcases both casement and fixed windows with black clad exteriors, and all windows and doors are accented with 5/8” divided lite grille bars.
